I don't have a lot of resources, I only have a few married friends, I have no sisters and just not a frame of reference. One of my friends who is married, eloped.

So I am glad I can ask you all questions, and see all of your discussions.
It is genuinely comforting.

Ditto!!! The support I have received here has been wonderful ❤️ When no one else understood, I came here and found it! Often reading comments aloud and nodding my head like “YEAH ME TOO!” 😘

Yeah, I'm glad something like this exists - especially in the pandemic times when talking about events like these kind of honestly be pretty controversial. I feel like people here give decent advice, and if you put in your post that you're really looking for support people are pretty good about doing that. Glad you're here!
