How many hours is your reception?

Our cocktail hour was 5-6, reception 6-10 if that helps!

5 hours including cocktail hour (6-11pm).

5 to 9 including cocktail hour

We are 2-5 for the reception but I'm planing on that ending early

I think that may be a little long. If you want people to see you off at the end I would make it shorter

Ours was 430-10 but on a Sunday

Ours will be about 5 hours. Our cocktail hour will be around 45 minutes.

That does seem long. Our entire wedding (ceremony, brunch reception - no cocktail hour) was from 11 am - 4 pm.

Ours was 4-10 with cocktail hour starting at 4. The majority of our guests stayed the whole time.

6-10 then after party at a bar

7PM-1AM reception

Will proboably end earlier.

Are you guys counting any clean up time in the hours you're saying? Or did you you have a venue that did that for you?

Our ceremony is at 5, cocktail hour until approx 630. It's at our home, so we don't really have a time limit We have our bartender until 11. FH plans on moving the party to our pool area once the "reception" is done and the older guests start heading out lol

Our cocktail hour is from 5-6 and the reception is from 6-10. So, 5 hours total.
