How Many Guests Are You Expecting?

The venue holds 150, I don't want more than 100 but 85 would be ideal. We will see how it all pans out.

We are inviting a little over 80 guests, but are hoping that about 75 actually attend.

We have 60 something on the list expecting around 50

Initially we guesstimated 190 but our coordinator talked us down to 170 and I am so glad! Now, from what we anticipate it will be an even smaller number. If everyone we can think of comes and brings no extra guests we will have 154 for a room sized to hold 300. I am beginning to panic because I was reading our contract today and saw the clause where they reserve the right to change rooms on us if we cannot meet the minimum head count. It's not the end of the world, but I envisioned everything happening in the ballroom and don't want to move It. Mini rant over!

We are sitting at 220. The venue holds 200 so sad but fingers crossed some people decline.

Right now almost 300. Crazy right? FH has a large family. Dealing with this guy I'm gonna have over 20 people just in the wedding party. I think I'm gonna have to "forget" to mail some of these invites.

Invited 192 (EEK) and so far haven't received all that many no's. I'd like to get down to 140. Venue holds 250 so we're good there but I'd rather have a few less people.

We have 106 invited. A few people live in places like North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Missouri & South Carolina. I imagine some of them will probably not be able to make it out here. If they do we are prepared for them.

We had 124 on our list and have had 33 decline & 67 accepted. We still have 24 that haven't responded (I have texted, called and facebooked) at this point if they show they have to sit on the ground and eat a peanut butter sandwich....seriously!

192 RSVPd as yes, a few didn't RSVP. I have dinner for 200. Venue holds 250. I hope I get some no-shows!

So far we're up to 74 adults and about 17 kids (under 13).

Wish we could have gone kid free but there are just too many damn kids in FH's family. Out of the 17, only 2 are not family.
