We had 8. 10 would have been squished.

I'm having trouble with this myself...my venue can do up to 12 per table, if needed, but for our size (110ish) recommends 8 per table...but that means more centerpieces...what to do?!

We had to do 10 to fit everyone and it was fine! (I had done the seating chart for 8 so had to redo...oh well lol)

My plan is 6 or 8. just because we may have children and i'd like for people to have plenty of room.

Our venue said we can seat 8 or 10. We are doing 8 because we are having family style dining so we need more room.

8 is more comfortable. I have 60inch round tables, and plan to do 8 people.

We might do a couple more at a few tables though depending on the number of people we have. Like if we end up with 83 people, do 3 tables of 9 and 7 tables of 8.

I had a weird number (63) so we did 8 at some and 9 at others. That might help?

    We're doing 6 or 8, I think 10 would be a little tight.

We have rectangular tables, but we were originally thinking round and everywhere I looked gave a seating number of 8. Hope that helps!

We have 60' tables and we are doing 7 people. I can't stand being that close to someone, plus eating and hitting elbows is annoying.
