How many flavors do you chose for your wedding cake ?

It’s ultimately up to you. Some ppl have a different flavor per tier. I have a three tier cake and my flavors are red velvet, cheesecake, and banana pudding.

My cake is 2 tier, I just went with marble and a frosting called "better than buttercream"

I had a three tier cake and chose two flavors. One for the first two tiers and a second for the largest bottom tier

Many people choose to save the top layer and freeze it for their first anniversary. If you’re doing that, I would just pick two flavors. If not, then I would make all three layers different. We’re actually doing one small cake for the top tier of a cupcake tower with cupcakes on the bottom layers. So we’re going to have three flavors of cake.

We went with one flavor overall in our three tier cake but that was to save expenses. Our flavor will be one created by the venue called, Carolina Decadence. It is a vanilla cream cake brushed with raspberry puree with a center layer of whipped cream cheesecake with white chocolate flakes and a fresh raspberry buttercream. Our wedding is June 2020 so we wanted a lighter summer feel to our cake.

We had the option for multiple flavors but we decided on just 1. we're doing an apple cider cake, white chocolate ganache and a maple bourbon buttercream

We chose two cake flavors - a vanilla cake with a vanilla bean custard and a raspberry compote and then a red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream and one stripe of chocolate frosting in the middle. Honestly it was super hard to choose but no one knows the choices you had to pick from so my guess is that people will be pleased with no matter what you picked! I'm super jealous that you picked coconut - my FH is not a coconut fan so it wasn't even on the table.

Yumm! That sounds really good! My wedding cake is 4 tiers & will be 2 flavors, and the groom's cake will be 3 tiers with 3 flavors.

I'm doing strawberry & lemon, and FH is doing triple fudge with chocolate ganache, cookies & cream with marshmallow filling, and almond wedding cake.

My cake is a small 2 tier. So we chose 2 flavors.
