How Many Entree Options?

We only had two options: chicken or vegetarian. The chicken entree was chicken au poivre with twice-baked potatoes and honey glazed baby carrots. Vegetarian was cheese tortellini with marinara sauce and a side of steamed mixed veggies. Everyone had egg lemon soup as the first course and garden salads with Italian or Caesar dressing.

The chicken was delicious! My one bridesmaid who had the veggie option said it was great, too. Oh, and I forgot we had chicken tenders and fries for the little ones.

We're doing 3. We haven't picked the menu yet, but I'm pretty sure we're doing a steak, chicken, and vegan option. Possibly a seafood option. Everyone will get the same first courses and then a choice for the entree.

I actually just looked back on my notes with the caterer I met with and they did offer a simple bread, salad, main dish 3-course meal, but they also offered a caprese salad, fish, and steak option which sounds better. Guests would get 2 courses of an entree. The vegan option is a marinara with fresh pasta.
