View Quoted Comment I wouldn’t worry about it if you aren’t seafood people but yes, Marylanders are the makers of Old Bay (a seafood spice) and we’re a little obsessed with that and crabs and crabcakes. I don’t order crabcakes at restaurants unless I’m in Maryland (or in a border state near the ocean) because Maryland crabcakes tend to have more crab and less filler. Our caterer makes an awesome crabcake and I love them a lot, so we made that our main entree.

View Quoted Comment We were originally going to have servers but she doesn’t have enough white staff to accommodate for that because of Covid so now we’re doing Buffet which I wasn’t happy about but it is going to allow for people to choose what they want

We haven't finalized everything (taste testing is coming up soon, we're very excited!) but our venue gives us three options plus a vegetarian/vegan option if requested. We're 99% positive we're going to do a beef, a chicken, and a fish so that it is possible for everyone to find something they like. It also comes with a first course salad, veggies and a starch. Our cocktail hour will have a ton of food as well, and we're planning on doing one savory and one sweet "late night" snack.

If anyone leaves our wedding hungry it will absolutely be of their own making!
