How many ceremony programs are needed for a 250 guest wedding?

We have some individual guests and some familys of 6. Should we print 250? or 200? or 150? I know people might want to keep them, but I dont think we need 250. What do you think? How many are you printing for how many guests? Thanks ladies!

Subtract out all the kids--they don't really need them. One per couple is fine too. How many invites did you sent out? Add a few more on top of that and you should have enough.

We had about 150 guest and I had only made like 140 programs and we still had some left not everyone will take one,then there is the couple factor.Now knowing what I know now in your case I would only do about 175.HTH

We had about 200 people at our wedding and I made 175 programs. When all was said and done, there were probably what seemed to be about 25 programs left over. If you're definitely having 250, I would do about 175.

I had 222 guests. Printed 160 booklets. Had 46 left over.

I would recommend printing 1/2 the amount of bookets -> QR code for PDF once booklets are all taken.
