Sheesh if I was rich I would take a month long honeymoon haha. How long are you planning on going and where are you going to?

I am SUPER excited about Cher. Smiley laugh Originally I wanted to see a topless revue, which FH agreed to although he wasn't particularly interested, but then I discovered that Cher is now based out of Vegas and FH was happy enough to see her instead. The tickets are about 3x as expensive for the cheapest seats, of course, but I don't even care. I LOVE Cher. FH joked that I was more excited about Cher than the honeymoon per se. :p

Speaking of burlesque reviews, I've heard from several people that Bitten is amazing and once in a lifetime. You should look into it while you guys are down there. And have you ever been to a Cirque du Soleil show? I've always wanted to go. You're going to have a blast Vegas is so awesome. Have you ever been before? Go to Madame Toussaud's too! I've never been to any of it but I've always wanted to go haha. I went to vegas on a spur of the moment trip for 1 day with a friend and had a blast. I didn't get to see a whole lot but I did see the watershow at the Bellagio and the Siren show in front of Treasure Island (both free and super fun)

We are going to Orlando for 6 nights and 7 days. We plan on going to Magic Kingdom one day, a water park for a day and then maybe Epcot or something else. I am excited because we don't have to pay for the hotel; my parents have a time share and we are using that.

I would have loved to go to Canada. We took the long way to Montana from Washington through Canada. The drive from Vancouver to Calgary was amazing.

@Pumpkin- Which B&B are you staying at? I have a suggestion for one which has a lot of character if you're still looking! It's called the Banana Courtyard. The couple who own it are extremelly kind, and accomodating. It's a quirky place, tucked in a quieter part of the quarter, only about three block from Bourbon. It's a little odd to get to, but after a couple of nights it becomes easier. If you're anything like me, I constantly go to and from my hotel (esp. in N.O. because everything that's of interest is walking distance). Doing that also helps to remember where everything is.

I'm a New Orleans frequent... if you have any questions, shoot me a message Smiley smile

We went to Kauai, 10 days 9 nights. 2 days traveling. By about the 8th day we were ready to come home. The island was beautiful and we were having a lot of fun but we really missed our own bed.

Everyone should come back and post later what they thought of their resort/destination! We looked at Jamaica and I also had Hawaii high on my list, but FH spent a lot of time growing up in Hawaii as a military kid so he didn't want to go back there. We ultimately chose Cozumel over Jamaica because of the amazing scuba diving. I've been to Cozumel before for the scuba diving and loved it, and he's never been,so he's excited...and our resort is all-inclusive, so I'm happy!

For those brides planning their honeymoon on a financial budget like I was, I just want to let you know of a terrific website - AGreatAffair.com - it's a honeymoon registry among other things. I personally used this registry with my fiance and received enough money to pay for our honeymoon in Hawaii plus part of our wedding expenses. I'd like other brides to know of this website because I think it's a terrific website for those couples who are on a tight budget like I was. If you're interested, visit AGreatAffair.com today. Thanks and best of luck!

12 days and 11 nights in Italy. It was really amazing. Don't skimp on your honeymoon. Go ahead -skimp on your flowers, cake, favors, invites, rehearsal dinner. But it's so nice to have a relaxing honeymoon to start off your life together as newlyweds.
