How do you mark an invite as sent

SamanthaTaylor, on July 6, 2010 at 8:12 PM Posted in Planning 0 4

Okay wedding wire ladies...I am printing labels for my 1st batch of invites and I want to mark the ones I print...there is a little button that says "Invitation Sent" but I can't figure out how to make it work---Do you have to RSVP Yes for them or what? Am I missing something?

I did it useing the batch edit since I sent out a lot at the same time

    - Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Guests’

    - Select the specific event tab

    - Select ‘Invitations’

    - Click ‘More Actions’ and be sure that ‘Track invitations for this event’ is checked

    - Click ‘Update Event’

    - Now you can edit the ‘Save-the-Date’ or 'Invitation' sent by clicking on the Household name within this column OR

    - Click ‘Batch Edit’, select the guests you would like to edit, then click ‘Edit Save-the-date (or Invitation) status’

You have to make sure that you have "track invitations" checked in the settings for an event before the invitations option will appear!
