How do you know if decor rentals all go together?

Unless you have actually seen a mockup or are able to find images on Pinterest (etc) that are similar to what you are planning, it can be quite difficult to actually picture everything together.

I had this same problem and since I have a very specific vision, I could not find any images online which matched what I picked so I deliberately picked and chose photos online which showed different aspects of things selected (i.e. one photo had brown bentwood chairs, another photo had floral centrepieces similar to what I am planning) and made my own mood board. I’m still not 100% confident but it definitely helped give me an idea of what everything would come to look like on the big day 😊

I agree with having a mood/vision board. I printed out some ideas, decor, florals, etc from my Pinterest board and put them on the wall. Mine is super outdated because the color scheme changed slightly but it definitely helps.

Can you not rent everything from one vendor and have them put it all together for you? The place we got our rentals put together full tables with the exact colors chairs, linens, flatware, etc. so you could see it before signing a contract.
