How did you guys choose your dates

Our date was 02.22.20. It was his late grandma’s birthday! And we also really liked the symmetry of it.

Our date is 10/4/2020. It’s our actually anniversary date which is important to us!

My husband chose it based on his work availability not so much any significance to us

We choose 3/12/2021. It’s the day my son was due (3/12/20) but he was born early. Since we always wanted a March date we choose his due date.

9/19/18 is the day we started dating and 9/19/20 is when we're getting married. It's on a Saturday so it worked out perfectly. I love the idea of having just one anniversary haha.

Our wedding was going to originally be November 6th 2020 because we started dating on February 6th and I wanted the date to have some meaning and originally my FH wanted a fall wedding. Due to some unforseen circumstances we pushed it back to March 20th 2021 which is my birthday.

March was the cheapest yet warmest month. Wanted the last Monday in case guests wanted to stay longer and take advantage of cheaper hotel rates (only 15 guests, checked that a weekday wedding was ok). But that week booked. So we chose the Monday before, March 20 (2017) which happened to be spring equinox! Cool symbolism. 🌸

We found a venue we liked and picked what they had available that way we didn't have to limit our venue options.

We realize it was a leap year lol. It's also H's late grandparents anniversary, so we wanted to keep it going!
