How did you ask your bridesmaids to be your bridesmaids?

I just asked. Simple and free.

I just asked too but I honestly wish I proposed to them because it would have been so cute. Later on as part of their bridesmaid gifts I had gotten them these hair ties that had a card that also said will you help me tie the knot and be my bridesmaids? Aha so that was cute if I were to redo it and ask I'd probably do something of that sort.

I had made proposal boxes but once I was done I realized that I will have to mail them (I live in a diff state) and since I’m trying to keep my budget down I decided to order one of those card proposals from Zazzle instead.. mailing the boxes was going to cost me about $10-$15 depending on weight per box (5 boxes)...compared to $5 for the cards. I will be sending the hair tights and the scratch off cards that also ask if they want to be my bridesmaids I had gotten for the boxes. The boxes would have been really cute if we lived in the same state...;(.... so the cards will have to do..

Didn’t want anything extravagant, because that’s not who I am and my girls know that. So I kept it simple. I also wanted to stay under $15

Oh and for my future sister in law who is 16 she got welches juice 😂

I asked my girls during Christmas and made them each a proposal box. (I'm still mad at myself to this day for not taking pictures. ) Each one had a monogram mug, fuzzy socks, lots of their favorite goodies and a note.

View Quoted Comment Thanks so much Helena. I had blank cards around the house I believe from Michael’s. Used the circut to write the words on the front/inside and to also cut out the photo frame. Printed a photo from online and pasted it in. Used stickers from Michael’s to decorate, old buttons/flowers/sequins I had around the house.
