How big is your wedding?

That is extremely large. We are inviting about 50, including kids.

We invited 130, but are expecting about 80 since so many live all across the country.

We are inviting 95 expecting less than 85

That is a lot. Right now our tentative list is at 170, but a lot of that is oos guests. We are looking to downsize to 120ish.

120 invited. expecting 100-110 to actually come. I would have preferred something a little more intimate, but we both had too many people who were important to have there. but we didn't invite people that weren't close to us or we hadn't spoken to in a while. I don't see the point in inviting anyone who isn't actively involved in our lives. I could not imagine 200 at my wedding!! I went to a 200 person wedding and it was quite large and felt pretty impersonal.

We invited about 65, expecting 50. Some were "courtesy invites"- people we knew wouldn't be able to come but we didn't want them to feel snubbed by not sending them invites.

Invited 250 guests age 21 and up. The Sunday night of a 3-day, summer holiday weekend (U.S.) 225 attended.

If we had it to do over, we would have cut the guest list a bit, since the dance floor always seemed to be packed.

We've invited 88, but are guessing actual attendance will be closer to 50-60, which is fine with me.
