Out of curiosity, how many people are you inviting to your wedding? I'm inviting 200 and people think that's large, and I'm just wondering what everyone else has in mind!

Our guest list is at 250, we're expecting at least 90% to show up (some have already said they'll be there) and about that percentage is family only... and all of them we see a large number of times throughout the year. The 10% left are friends of us and/or parent's friends (they asked, they offered to pay for their guests, and it wasn't an excessive amount of people, so we said it was ok, especially since FH and I have met all of them at least once)
Holy sweet baby chesus on a cracker! We are doing 75 which includes us and the BP! It's going to take the whole reception to walk around thanking everyone!
We're inviting 50 guest. Everyone gets a plus 1 and kids are welcome. So we're budgeting for about 150 but we're absolutely fine with just the 50 we invited and even less is ok too.
We invited 225 and are at about 95 right now with 45 declines. A lot of the remaining guests are out of town so here's hoping our final count isn't too much higher...
