Honeymoon stuck on ideas

Briann, on June 25, 2019 at 7:52 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 7
So me and my fiance were originally going to go on a honeymoon a couple years after we get married due to money but we've been thinking that instead we're gonna go right after the wedding. How far in advance did you guys book a cruise? Would it be weird to wait 2 or 3 weeks maybe even a month to go? So that way we will still have some sort of income when we come back. Help. I'm so lost right now.

I've known people who waited a few months until prices were cheaper. We plan to do something local for a day or two, and then maybe something bigger later on. We're going to start saving for a house after the wedding so we'll see

A cousin of mine got married in December then had their honeymoon in August. That way they could get the time off work and save up some money for their trip.

My FH and I are just going to our favorite little town for a weekend.

We’re getting married in December. We’re going away for a 5 days to Florida. Then in April of 2020 we’re going to have our “Big” honeymoon in Hawaii (10 day cruise) The reason why we we’re not going right away is because we’re worried that we’re going to get stuck at some airports due to snow!!!

We are doing a mini moon right after. Then a cruise 7 or 8 months later. The mini moon is the more relaxing. The cruise we plan on keeping busy.

We're going to spend 4 days in a cabin in Vermont at the end of the week after the wedding. We both really want to visit Ireland so we're hoping to save up and go in a few years as our big honeymoon. It doesn't matter what you do or when. Just do what you want and works for you. 😊

We booked our cruise 9 months out! That was because the cruise line as having a sale and we wanted to have some extra time to pay it off!
