I would ask him outright if he's cheating. That's the only way to know for sure.

I have been in a similar situation. Engaged to someone different, young, and the guy I was engaged to brother told me my fiancé was cheating. I confronted him, he denied it. The brother then came to me, and said he lied to me, his brother wasn't cheating and he was just upset about a disagreement they had. I later found out that it was all true. He was cheating.

Be very caution. Talk to your fiancé. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to stay with someone who doesn't value you..

I would personally put the wedding on hold if I was you, until you can say for sure with confidence that he is not cheating. It will suck, but it is better to wait & be sure than to end up married to someone you may have otherwise not married if you had known the truth.

They usually do. My ex husband denied it too, until I learned his sick chick was pregnant. It's hard to prove I know. I think you probably know in your heart if he did it or not. I don't know his brother, is he the type who would lie to you to cause problems?
