Help, planning last minute wedding ceremony

Nadesdye, on July 13, 2020 at 7:08 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 4

As sad as I am, my FH and I decided to get married on our original date of 7/25/2020. We do plan to have the wedding and reception that we planned for months prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. We decided with the help of my sister-in-law to have a small ceremony with just parents and siblings. My brother has a nice backyard. I am trying to make this a memorable day. I won't be wearing my original wedding dress, but a simple dress. Any ideas?

We will have bbq afterwards

Hi Nadesdye! I think those plans sound lovely! Smiley heart It will be great to move forward with your relationship and get married, and it's a smart move for everyone's health to postpone the big party for later!

And here are a few recent discussions you should check out with good advice about backyard weddings: Coronabrides ..is anyone having a backyard wedding ?, Backyard wedding, and Fall brides with backyard weddings.

Thank you, for your advice and information to look into. It is definitely a different wedding, but what I have planned so far is what is important and I am actually excited and getting nervous as it is in a few days.
