HELP! Phoenix AZ Private estate wedding venue

I am looking for a private residence with a very large backyard/farm land (I want grassy and/or cement patio) to have my wedding. I need large enough for approximately 75 people somewhere in the Phoenix metropolitan area. I've searched VRBO and many other sites as well as Google. If anyone knows a good place or has contact info I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

    Also lots more hoops like insurance, liquor license etc. plus extra bathrooms at the very least. maybe a rustic established venue would be a better choice.

    Sounds weird but i swear i saw a craigslist.org ad for this. It was a farmhouse in Gilbert. I am chandler bride but gettin married NV but love to stalk Craigslist

    Take a look at the Wranglers Roost. It's a privately owned historical property on VRBO, located in New River. I'm in love with it and the owners are fantastic people. The house itself has restrooms but there's a sophisticated detached building with 2 restrooms designed for guests. Check it out!

    Desert Foothills Ranch is an awesome barn venue too, not a private residence but in a rural area outside of Scottsdale.

    Hi Valerie, is there a specific reason you want a private residence instead of a professional venue? A lot of residential homes and VRBO type rentals don't allow weddings, aren't zoned for events, and may be subject to noise restrictions. Definitely make sure to look into everything and read any rental agreements very thoroughly!

    There are a couple you can find on Airbnb, like these two. There may be more, but you would have to browse through them and contact owners probably. These two specifically show pictures of weddings though.
