Help name our Signature Drinks!

MegLuvsChris, on March 5, 2012 at 9:58 PM Posted in Planning 0 19

Ok, so only 8 days until we leave for our Wedding in 12 days (Eeek!!!) and we are trying to come up with some silly names for our signature drinks - we are both drawing a blank so I wanted to ask your advice, maybe you can come up with something creative! Smiley smile

We have 2 Signature Drinks:

#1: Green Drink (Originally a Green Flash)

Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Blue Curacao, orange juice, sprite, Ice

#2: Blue Drink (? original name)

Blue Curacao,Rum,Pineapple,Splash of Cranberry,Sprite, Ice

Here Some things to Play With:

Last Name: Higgins

First Names: Megan & Chris

Initials: M C

Met in College at a bar called House Party

Wedding Colors: Lime & Aqua

Honeymoon: Bahamas

We've been together 5 years on our Wedding Day

We both love Football (him Chicago, me Indianapolis)

He's a big gamer, I'm super crafty

We call each other "sweet names" like Slut, Jerk, Douche Bag & Hoe Smiley laugh

He's a City boy & I'm a Country Girl

Getting Married on the Beach in FL.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

We call the green drink a Ninja Turtle and the blue one a Blue Hawaiian. Not sure that those really go with your names or themes...I'll keep thinking.

Edit: Ok, just reread, and that is not what we call a Blue Hawaiian.

Not really a theme, we're both silly & fun - destination wedding on the beach on St. Patrick's Day

I think we may do "Four Leaf Clover" for the Green or maybe "Luck of the Irish" but not sure about the blue one...

We were talking last night - what do you think about naming the Blue Drink "Magically Delicious" & The Green Drink "Leprechaun Pee" or "Lucky in Love" or "Luck of the Irish" - we're getting married on st Patty's day but we're not doing that theme so we thought it would be fun to incorporate the day somehow....??

I'd just go with Leprechaun for the green drink and Irish Eyes for the blue drink. Keep a little class in the event!

How many drinks are you having? I like the idea of doing the

    something old

    something new

    something borrowed

    something blue

    for the drink sign.

I love "Leprechaun Pee" and "Magically Delicious". Do you have any old relatives that might get uptight about "Leprechaun Pee". I know my family would find it funny, but some may not.

    Hey Singing Diva!

"Something Blue" is one of the official names of the siggie drinks Cate gets. We have renamed it "Forget Me Not" to match her Secret Garden theme.
