Have you talked about starting a family?

We were planning to wait about five years but then we had an unexpected pregnancy and now have our four month old son because of it. I got pregnant three months after getting engaged and our son will be a little over a year old when we finally get married (just over the two year mark from when we originally got engaged). We’ve learned that the best laid plans truly don’t always work for us so we’re not making any final decisions on if we’ll have more or not for a long time.

Yes we have! FH already has a son from a previous relationship.. he's 18. My FH was very young when they had him. I'm ready to be a mom, and he's ready for another baby!

We had that talk a couple months into the relationship... and after the biopsy came back as benign but the hysterectomy was still recommended.

We started talking about kids before we even met. Yeah, so we know we both don't want to wait before trying. We're both liking the number 3-4, but we also know that God might have less planned for us. I think really we're more cautious that it might be hard or take a while to get pregnant. I've brought up how far to space them out, but we're more just going to see how quickly number one gets here first and then go from there.

Oh gosh. My fiancé wants two kids but I have a fear of pregnancy. I think I could probably get by going through it once (just based on ignorance). But I don’t think I would ever want to do it again. We may have to compromise on one.

We discussed creating our family but don’t want to have kids too early on. We’re looking forward to it.

We have talked about this in-depth. I am currently 28, will be 29 at the wedding and I want to start having kids at 30. I also want to enjoy some married time without kids. Depending on finances, 2022 is the year we'll start trying. Two kids, we've picked names and all.
