We have already figured this all out since we live together. We have been together for 6 years and have lived together for 5 of those years.

We're just going to keep doing things the way we've been doing them for years. He has the things he pays, I have the things I pay, and we each have our own bank accounts. We don't see the need to change it since it's working so well for us currently.

We are splitting our household bills down the middle and as far as student loans, we're paying for that on our own.

We're doing the same exact thing! Definitely seems fair!

Right now it is split, but once we are married we plan to change to a joint account.

We already live together, so we already divide bills up equally and have a joint account to pay rent and other bills with.

We'll combine it all and have the one budget. It just makes more sense. I mean we're uniting together in this wedding ceremony, why still think his and mine afterwards?

We already split things 50/50 roughly (living together for a year already). We're planning to open a joint account and each of us will contribute to that for joint bills and savings. The rest we'll keep separate.

Yes, many, many times. We are comfortable with discussing finances.
