Have a question about how many ceremony programs to print out...

We have had 102 guests RSVP but I have only printed out enough programs for 80, do you think I should go ahead and print out enough for 22 more people or do you think it would be a waste to print the remaining amount? I don't really think most of the men will look at them but I also feel like I should at least make sure every person has their own. Thanks for your input

I say print the extra 20. Grandmas and such will probably want extras for scrapbooks, etc.

Extra is always best, you get to keep some as momentos and some people will take extras to take to "friends.

You already likely have more than enough. Unless the programs have critical information in them (e.g., ours had the entire text of our ceremony, plus transliterations and translations of the Hebrew), you typically need only one per couple.

There are always extra programs and some people don't even take them. Personally, I think you have enough.

I'm sure you have quite a few couples coming, do you really think each person in a relationship needs their own? I don't!

Are you inviting children to the wedding? If so, they almost certainly don't need a program. I know that I have at least 20 children coming to our wedding, and I don't plan on printing programs for them.

You definitely have enough... I printed 70 for 100 people and probably have close to 20 left!

Don't print anymore. I printed less than we were expecting and still had a ton left over!

Remember too your bridal party (if you have one) will be standing next to you...so thats people who wont need one (though some of the girls may take one anyway after the ceremony as a moments)
