100% buttercream!! Fondant looks pretty, but, although it's edible, not really meant to be eaten. Tastes awful!!

For the taste hast to be buttercream. Fondant may be a slight part of decorations on the cake.

Fondant you can make pretty, but to me is gross lol Buttercream hands down!

Not if fan of fondant so Buttercream mixed with cream cheese. I’d choose whipped topping if it didn’t have to be refrigerated.
