I really don't want to do favors. I know that I've thrown away and donated to thrift stores so many wedding favors and I don't want to spend the money on something that won't be kept. We are using mason jars and people can take those but my mom keeps pushing for me to do some sort of favors. Is...

Is anyone not doing them? If you are doing them please share your ideas.

No we aren't planning on doing favors. I've never actually taken a favor from weddings that I've attended.

We're giving away bubbles. I don't know about everyone else, but I love bubbles! Also, the kids will like them I hope.

Ehhhh, don't do favors... if you do, go with something edible, but most likely they will get left behind & ultimately be a waste of money.

Planning to not do favors, which is causing FMIL to have a meltdown. I told her if she would like to buy something, that is fine but otherwise it's not happening. We will see how it goes...

If you're giving your guests the mason jars those are your favors. That's what we're doing. I would just put a tag saying thank you for coming too there are a ton of free templates online

If you are doing a selfie station or photo booth, you can give the place card holder to put the photo in as an additional favor.

We're having a beach wedding and I didn't wanted to hand out anything that wouldn't be appreciated either, so we decided to get sunglasses for the guys and sandalwood handfans for the ladies. We thought it would be useful and handy for later. Bought everything from Aliexpress, which takes longer for shipping but is way cheaper but great quality. But mason jars sound like a favor to me, no need to do more if it's gonna add stress and even more expenses to your wedding.

Don't plan on it, just an extra expense and hassle on everyone's end.
