Favorite foods and drinks from weddings you have attended

My fav food was a mini cup with tomato soup and a grilled cheese stick in the cup being passed around as an appetizer. I’ll never forget that 12 yrs later

There was a squid ink pasta that i had at a wedding before - i didn't think it tasted amazing but it wasn't bad and it was memorable because 1. i've never had it and 2. never seen it at a wedding before!

I like finger foods and cocktails vs being made to sit for a huge long meal. My cousin just had tons of stations of apps set up, and was really fun.

I never make it past the salad at a wedding with a seated dinner. I’m usually too distracted to sit down & eat a full meal. The only time I’ve ever eaten something other than a salad was at buffet style weddings…both times it was bbq. And, no, I’m not having a buffet or bbq. We are having a seated service lol.

The best meal I have ever had at a wedding was a plated meal that had the best filet mignon I’ve ever had. I also attended a wedding that had a sushi rolling station that had phenomenal sushi. As far as drinks, there has never been a certain signature drink that I have loved. But I definitely always appreciate a full open bar; especially since I do not drink beer and don’t especially enjoy most wines. Novelty coffee drinks are always my absolute favorite thing at weddings though! Myself and most of my friends are huge coffee nuts, so novelty coffee bars/stations/carts are always a hit in our circle (and a delicious way to up the caffeine/energy after dinner)!
