I’ll be getting my nails done, a massage, and I do weekly masks.

I should do masks more often but it just slips my mind. I wash, tone, moisturize, and then sleep, and sometimes not even good at that 😂
    I try

They do all the creams and rubs and sappy machine thingy, but they include extracting the white and black heads in your skin. It feels like you are basically getting a tattoo (type of level pain) but on your face. It hurts haha especially the nose and mouth area.
It’s extra money and people usually don’t do it because people don’t tolerate pain too well, but it’s SOOOOO worth it after everything heels in a week or so.

It gets red and puffy for a few days. And you must wash, tone, moisturize until wedding.

    I had a blast doing pre-wedding pampering!

Face: I was getting facials once a month and using a microderm scrub at home once per week. Sunscreen every day, minimal makeup. Just generally trying to be extra good to my skin.

Hair: Used old favorites to make sure there were no surprises!

Body: Dry brushing every day before showering, moisturizing every morning and night, using hand/foot cream daily, using sunscreen liberally/avoiding the sun.

Professional mani/pedi a few days before. I also got a lash lift & my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Felt beautiful all through the wedding and honeymoon!

Another thing to consider - I basically cut out all alcohol and sugar/ate super healthy and worked out hard for the 3 weeks leading up, which undoubtedly helped my skin in addition to helping me slim down.

    Hope that helps!

Extractions are so sore but definitely worth it to get that clear skin and glow Smiley smile

Yay! Glad you are pampering yourself this week! I did the upmost pampering haha starting 6 months out I had a super strict home routine, and got monthly facials/microderm & microneedling. The month of the wedding I got nails, botox, an O2 facial, deramplanning, lash lift & tint, and full body scrub! Make sure to keep your skin/face/lips/hair moisturized, it's so much better on the wedding day!

I actually have to have more dry hair on my wedding day. My hair doesn’t hold styles for longer than 20 minutes haha no matter how much hairspray they use. I’ve even seen my hair not wave with an iron, even though I have curly hair.
I need to shampoo only the day of the wedding. Works every time that way.

You deserve all this pre-wedding pampering! I definitely plan on getting my nails done. Don't know if this counts as pampering, but I'll likely get a bikini wax too
