Estimated vs Actual Guest Count

I had originally invited 220 people the wedding. I knew there would be a few that wouldn't make it due to travel expenses (living halfway across the world), which I expected. What I didn't expect was only having a final guest count of 113. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to save some money, but I can't...

We invited 136 and are currently at 96. Still waiting on a few responses. We paid for 100 guest minimum so hopefully we will get there.

We invited 114 (originally 99) and final is in at 80 even. I'm really praying for no party-crashers... haha.

We expected the gap (I actually said we'd have around 80) because we did not invite kids.

I'm pretty sure we're gonna have a similar problem, invited 120, expecting more like 80. But we knew it was a possibility with it being a Sunday wedding. Oh well.

Same. We invited about 130 and RSVPs are rolling in now but we're looking at approximately 80 guests. 100% of our guests are traveling to Vegas for the wedding so I'm actually surprised we have that many people. I pre-paid the caterer already for 90 so hoping we get to that number!

We had about 90% of our invited guests come.

O boy I hope that's not the case on my end because the minimum is 200 people. Plus I will be covering hotel expenses for that night. Maybe they will still RSVP at the last minute even though your cut off day has probably passed.

We invited 100. We're thinking only 30 may be able to go. Hopefully more!

We already knew at least/less than half wouldn't make it due to it being a DW.

I hope this happens to me lol. Inviting 298 people and hoping much less show up. I won't be upset if they all want to come, FH just has a huge family haha.

We invited 78, 58 RSVP yes and 57 attended. One person cancel the week before, but we still needed to pay for that plate

Invited 224. Total guest 176. This was pretty good as a large number of our guests were out of town.

I'm nervous about this too. We are inviting 145 and have a 100 person minimum.... even being 10 short is throwing away over $1,000 so... I'm definitely nervous.

We invited 190 and have 136 attending. Most declines are people who live far away or ignored our save the date (LOL) and made vacation plans since it's Labor Day Weekend.

Yes. We invited 117 guests with 74 yeses. There are about 12 more people who could potentially say yes but we still will be under because we needed 97 to say yes to hit our minimum so we will be paying for extra people even though there will be none but at least we get to take the food home after.

We invited 160 and so far 104 have RSVP'd as yes. Thats not including the ones who have messaged me saying they are still coming but lost their rsvp's somehow!
