I always wanted a pear ring with a halo. My fh shocked me when he proposed and pulled out his grandmothers diamond ring instead. Knowing that his mother approved enough to give him/ me that ring makes it even more special.... now we just have to find a wedding band to match a vintage 1950s ring!

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I started thinking about marriage. I thought I wanted something plain and simple but with a different gem, not the typical diamond. My FH absolutely went above and beyond what I even knew I would want, with the help of my MOH.

What I got is a gorgeous white gold band with a 2ct black diamond in the middle, princess cut, with a halo of black diamonds and more on the sides. This also came with a matching band that fits the contour of my ER. I absolutely fell in love with it and could not ask for better. Plus it is flat, so I don't have to worry about it snagging on anything!

Mine is exactly what I wanted! My FH actually made a Pinterest page for himself, found my page, took screenshots of the rings I liked, and then deleted his Pinterest. Then he took the pictures to Kay Jewelers and asked them to make me a ring. It's perfect and I couldn't have chosen a better one for myself!

It literally just came up today in my memories that I tried on rings on this day last year and I really loved them. Then I found a ring from Zales that I loved with the two star-shaped bands but told FH that I didn’t want to have any problems with the rose gold plating wearing off like my friend just had with her ring and she ended up replacing it. Turns out he had already gotten me that ring!!! So we returned it and he picked a new one, which ended up being one that I had my eye on but didn’t say anything to him and in true soulmate fashion, he read my mind and totally surprised me!!!

I showed my FH what I liked because we had completely different tastes. It the end he had it designed and got the exact shapes that I wanted 😍😍

The first two pictures are the inspirations I gave him and he had helped with finding my perfect ring. I also have always loved tear drop rings too. I love how unique my ring looks and it fits my personality.

Honestly I never looked at rings prior to my engagment ring. Other than other girls 5 rings and he did perfect. Here's mine.
