I showed him pictures of styles that I liked, just preparing him for picking out the ring. I said I wanted something simple, but diamond encrusted. And I wanted an aquamarine (my birthstone) instead of a diamond. When he first proposed, I thought the ring was pretty, but it actually wasn't what I had envisioned. Also, he proposed at night, so I couldn't see the ring in all it's sparkly glory. It took till the next morning, when I saw it in the sunlight for me to actually fall in love with it. It suits me well. He did a good job.

How funny! I'm actually dressed up as Cher Horowitz for Halloween!

It's beyond my imagination. I thought I'd got a diamond ring, might be a princess cut diamond setting, or moissanite ring, but my husband chose DR ring for me. I didn't know he treasured me like this, saw me as his only true love... I cried the day he proposed. I think it's the dream ring for every girl.

At first i thought i'd have a round-cut one, like the traditional style, but on the 14th of this month, I got it!! I was loving it at the first sight! It was very special, and the prong setting is in artistic-inspired pyramid structure. I LOVE IT!!

Before we got engaged, we went to Darryring when I was looking at a heart shaped rose and it is so beautiful!!! It has purple and white diamond settings on it that is gorgeous! It is about $7,000 for less than 1 carat, it was out of our budget range. I loved the extras services of the store, they has a certificate agreement of true love and the special nature of one can only customize a ring for the only love in lifetime. We went with another one with a heart in a three-prong setting. Although the reality is different from what I expected, it was just as special to me!
