Does Michaels ever have sales like hobby lobbies?

Download the michaels app! they have coupons right on your phone, dont even need to print them out

Get on their mailing list. Yes they have sales and usually weekly you can print their coupon for 40% off one item

Also in the app you can check their sales each week. if you have time you can use the 40% coupon per one item once a day at the stores.... or grab some friends, print them out online and go get the candy jars. i have been preparing for a shower and i take trips to michaels/ac moore using a 40-50% off coupon every time. i have saved $125 so far on bridal shower decorations!

Do they have a website to shop from? Maybe they have online sales? or coupons u can print out.

I used their coupons but I rather have everything 40% for everything rather than one thing.. I have been to their website but its just weird., I can buy anything from their and its more about DIY stuff which I'm all for but I just want to find specific items and its hard to on their site ... If you don't have a coupon while your in the store just ask the cashier, I just shopped at 4 different Michaels 2 weeks ago to purchase different sizes & styles of turquoise vases (that will be used as our table decor/centerpieces) that were on sale for 40% off, & then I got another 20% (just by asking the cashier if there where any coupons I could use).

You will likely never get everything at 40% off at Michael's. They don't put things on sale as often as Hobby Lobby, it's more "in season", like their wedding items will go on sale during the wedding season. With you being a May bride, I am not sure if the wedding items will go on sale soon enough for you to buy them in one swoop. You maybe better using the coupons as Kay suggested.

Yes. I also always get a 40% off one item coupon every time I shop there to use the following week. Join their mailing list. Last week they had a lot of spring flowers on sale.

Yes, they do have frequent sales on their glassware - just keep an eye on the sales. On their website, click on in-store specials every Monday to see their ad and that will show you when vases, etc are on sale.

They also will have half off their wedding items but this usually only happens every 3 or 4 weeks so again, be sure to check those ads!

They have sales regularly, however glass rarely goes on sale. As mentioned in previous post, you can print coupons, usually they are 40%-50% off, sometimes they have 'special' coupons such as "50% Off All Table Top Frames" and things like that.

When buying things like the glass jars I print a bunch of coupons and my mother and I go up to several different registers. If they are slow and you have several different forms of payment usually a cashier will ring you up in separate orders without a problem (coupons state one per customer per day).

My Sunday newspaper always has an insert for Michael's and it always has a coupon for 40% off any 1 item.

And a lot of the time they will give you a coupon with the receipt that will be good for the next week. They are usually 40% of but I've gotten a couple that are 50%.

Some bridal magazines have a 15% off entire wedding purchase coupon in them. I just bought the latest knot magazine just for that coupon. It's one of the only ones I've seen that is for an entire purchase. Otherwise, like everyone said there's a new 40% off 1 item every week.
