Does fh fill the groomsmen flasks?

My FH got all of his groomsmen personalized flasks. He just mentioned he wants to fill each one with liquor for them, but he isn’t certain what everyone’s favorite liquor is (he knows most, but not all). Our wedding this upcoming Saturday and some of his groomsmen are bad at responding. I don’t want FH to have to buy several different bottles of alcohol just to fill the flasks. Is it bad etiquette to give an empty flask, or is it okay to give it empty at rehearsal dinner and let them fill it with their favorite liquor?

    I think it’s fine to leave them empty but if you know most of the favorites I’d fill them with that and whoever doesn’t respond can get a surprise liquor lol

    It is totally ok to leave them empty. But I would make sure they are washed out before gifting so the groomsmen can fill them with whatever they want later on, and some might not think to take that extra step.

    It’s ok to leave them empty. If he really wants to give them some booze to go in it, but an assortment of airplane bottles and let the guys pick and choose. If you know some of their favorites, stick with mostly those.

    Hi date twin. We are getting married this weekend too. My FH had flasks personalized for the guys too. He’s giving it them empty Friday night at rehearsal dinner. I’m pretty sure a few of them will fill it up and bring it Saturday.
