Do you think you'll be able to sleep the night before your "Big Day" !!!!

I keep thinking about and I hope I'll be able to but I know i'm going to be so excited and anxious. My mother and MIL say you have to sleep. I'll try my best but i don't know! What do you think?

Like a baby! I'll be soaking in the sun the day before, that always makes me sleepy! Tequila will help too!

I am having a hotel sleepover with my bridesmaids so probably not. Though we are planning to invite our good friend wine, so maybe, as it puts me to sleep once the buzz wears down.

Probably not but I really hope that I do. I get such bad bags under my eyes if I don't sleep.

I sleep terrible to begin with, so I'm not expecting to sleep well. Which is why I'm going to takes one of my Zolpidem before I go to sleep. I'll be out cold!

I only sleep about 5 hours a night and never straight through. I woke up after 3 hours the first time. This time will probably be no better and sleeping pills don't help me just makes me perpetually groggy for about 15 hours. Nobody like me when I take them.

I hope to sleep well! FH and I cannot sleep without each other, so we decided that we will spend the night together, and I'll kick him out when we wake up. That, plus having a bottle of ZZZQuil will probably be a backup plan. Smiley smile

Most likely not so I'll do what I do for work and take a sleep aid. I don't want to risk being sleepy for the whole day!

I don't think I'll have too much trouble. I'm a little worried for my fiance, though, he is a much lighter sleeper than me.

@FutureMrsRingham FH and I are the same way but I think he wants the traditional night apart, what should I do? I know that will affect my sleep. My MIL said typically it's suppose to be 24hrs but we both said absolutely not! Plus the rehearsal dinner will most likely be the night before.

Nope, I fully expect to get no more than 2-3 hours of sleep that night. Sleep aids don't do me any good, because they make me jittery and sleepy at the same time, so I get even more tired, but can't actually fall asleep. It's horrible. Benadryl works to a point, but then I'm groggy for most of the next day, too. x.x; Same for PM meds and NyQuil. Smiley sad

I only got a few hours a night the night before. And the one before that too. It was a busy week and 2 days before my mom and I did flowers until 2am and its 30 mins home to drive and another 30 to unload.... And hubby's friends were at the house so I introduced myself (they all live out of state and don't see each other much, it had been two years) so I talked to them for a half hour and came upstairs to pass out. The night before the wedding we did rehearsal dinner and the boys picked up their tuxes and then they went out... They didnt get home til 2am and I was a mess thinking what if they're all drunk and call for a ride so I stayed up finishing my favors and laid down and still couldn't sleep. Hubby doesn't drink usually but it was a special occasion which made me even more nervous. Lol.

When they came in I couldn't sleep, and I had to be up at 9 am to go get the keys and set up the hall. I will say I didn't even notice I was tired until afterwards. Lol. After the reception my female friends took the groomsmen out since we had them at the house all weekend so we could have quiet time. I got home changed out of my dress and within 10 mins of them leaving we both passed out on the couch until the guys got back to the house and knocked on the door to be let in. Lol.

I'm pretty sure I'll have to down a half a bottle of Nyquil if I want to have any chance of sleeping the night before. Too much excitement!
