I’d recommend asking your seamstress and see what the best option is. My dress looks exactly like this one and I don’t think it’s an option bc of the way it’s made. However, the seamstress should know specifically what they can do versus what they cannot do.

Talk to a local seamstress. But they will have to completely restructure the dress which is not cheap.

I don’t think that will be possible as that will involve restructuring the dress. You might be able to add some embellishments to get something similar, but other than that I don’t think so.
