Do you talk about your wedding nonstop?

Lynnie, on January 21, 2020 at 11:26 AM

Since you started planning, do you find yourself talking about your wedding nonstop to anyone who will listen? Are you innocent or guilty?? Next Question: Do you plan your wedding at work? Back to the Beginning: Innocent or Guilty?

I was guilty, but I became innocent and really are not talking a lot about it anymore. I'm still super excited though!

Guilty of this in the beginning, but it seems FH is getting very nervous the close we get so I keep it to a minimum so he is a bit relaxed. Most of the time these days I let him bring it up.

Mostly only to people that ask so I don't annoy everyone. But my closest coworkers are probably sick of the wedding talk 😂

Guilty! It is to the point where I force myself to wait until someone asks me. I feel like people get annoyed Smiley atonished

Innocent. I realize people will get fatigue and some people just don’t care. If people ask, I’ll talk about it but otherwise I keep the convo to a minimum.

SAME WITH ME, oh my! Usually I don't burst into speech just like that but when there is a question things become interesting Smiley laugh

Yeah, it's like someone asks a question but in order to answer the question you have to explain like 5 other things involving the wedding before actually being able to arrive at the answer to the question that was asked. So it's like the flood gates open lol.

At work I have to, they remind me everyday about the count down and I'm always getting asked questions about the wedding

Yes and no. I talk about it a lot but not all the time. We're also 60 some days out, so I'm in crunch time.

I think I’m 50/50 on this there’s a lot of other stuff to talk about but people always ask about the wedding. It actually nice to take a break from the wedding talk for a bit though.

I tried to remain innocent of this during my wedding planning process. Sometimes I couldn’t help it. But I tried to only discuss it when asked. It’s harder now not to tell everyone how fabulous my wedding was now that it has already happened Smiley love

Innocent. I really don’t talk about the wedding hardly at all, other than with FH. I secretly THINK about it constantly though haha!

I think I was a bit guilty of this.. but I love weddings so much! I was so excited to get married and planning was a frenzy. It all happened so quickly so I did talk about it frequently i think.

I'm innocent of this one. I only talk about what needs to be done during planning discussions and details.

I tried *SO HARD* not to... fairly sure my coworkers got the brunt of it, but we both really tried to keep it not the focus. The forums helped me a LOT, because I could come here at the end of the day and just natter in the posts.

Now I do because we are 34 days out. I would say up until we were 40 days out I kept quite about it. All of the big things are done and we just have the little things to do and purchase now.
