Do you take off your engagement ring?

I take mines off as soon as I get home along with all my jewelry

I take mine off to shower and to work out. I've also been taking it off lately to go to work because the latex gloves I have to wear cause a reaction underneath it. If I'm prepping dinner I might take it off depending on how messy it is.

So, I used to take mine off when I cooked and washed dishes, but there was a day when I took it off and in the middle of things went to the restroom and took the dog for a potty walk- while I did FH pulled the "she's not wearing her ring, so I'm gonna take it and scare the shit out of her" thing. I finished doing the dishes and went to grab my ring and it WASNT THERE. I was sticking my hand down the garbage disposal trying to find it, and I eventually started crying while I was searching under the cabinets and stuff. He came in and saw me crying and just started laughing at me. It was mean, but he ALWAYS plays jokes like this on me so I should have known better. Anyways, point being- I no longer take it off unless I have a pocket to put it in or I put it on my necklace, because even though I don't think FH would ever do that to me again, the way I felt thinking I had lost it was enough for me to NEVER want to have it off my person.

I only take mine off when I strength train, make food, or I've scrubbed into surgery. Any other time it's on my finger.

I wear mine all the time, but I have unlimited time warranty on both my bands. So if something needs fixed I can get it repaired for free. It's nice to have that.

I take mine off when I shower, when I go to bed, and when I clean. Basically, if I am home for the day, my rings are not on.

I take mine off when I go to bed at night, shower, wash dishes. When my fiance first proposed. He woke me up with my ring in his hand asking, " I thought you were suppose to always have this on?" I said babe, I can't sleep in jewelry. You should know that we have been together for almost 5 years! I must say that he has gotten over that, LOL!

I take mine off every one in a while when I shower. Sometimes it gets In the way if I'm washing my hair. I normally just keep it on though. I forgot to put it back on once and I was worried I lost it because I forgot that I took it off in the shower.

I take mine off to shower,clean the house, wash dishes/cook and use lotion! Most times I keep it on when I sleep depending if my hands swell up too much to take off.

Congrats! I take mine off all the time, but only while I'm at home. I take it off when I shower, do anything involving makeup/moisturizing, washing dishes, cleaning the fishtank, and sleeping. I keep a ring dish in the bathroom, one next to the kitchen sink and one next to the bed. I try to leave it at home when I go to the gym, which isn't always possible if I go right after work. I just want to keep it clean and shiny...and in tact. It's an old opal so it's not as sturdy as traditional diamond engagement rings.

I don't wear mine to the Gym or my job , Since I have a very physical one and don't want to damage it. But in it's place I wear a silicone ring instead.

Only to shower, sleep and clean. And when it is off it is always in its original box. Do not want to risk losing it.
