Do You Feed the Caterer?

Yes, they'll feed themselves. They eat just like any other vendor. Typically anyone working more than 8 hours gets fed.

I would look in your contract or ask them. We are not feeding ours/ they are not being included in our final count. I am sure they will take care of themselves

I was in the food service industry for years. The kitchen always takes care of the employees working the event. It should be factored into their fees. But I always recommend reviewing your contract too.

We didn't feed them, they didn't state it in their contract so we didn't include them in vendor meal count.

Yes! Feed all of your staff! Even the bartender, photo booth coordinators (if you have them) and any other staff on hand

I'm feeding our caterer because she was already part of our guest list because she is a family friend who wanted to cater our wedding! She was already invited as a guest before we decided to have her as our caterer

Ok thanks everyone! General consensus seems to be that they'll take care of feeding themselves...I don't see anything in our contract about having to provide them meals so I assume they'll just eat when there is a break. Thank you all!
