Do i need to apologize/ bad shower guest?

What should I do. I was invited to a bridal shower, but thought it was a bachelorette, and did not bring any gifts. I made a lot of food for the party and payed my own expenses for dancing classes there. Plus i decorated the dogs for her wedding. Over all i spend around $50. Everyone else showed up with a gift. The Wedding was in the end of June and I did not apologize yet because I thought i made up for it with a wedding gift. But the longer I think about it, the worse I feel. Should I say something or bring a gift?

I feel like it may be too late now to send a shower gift.. but it sounds like you did a lot of other stuff so I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

Can i ask how you confused a bach party with a bridal shower? Didnt you get an invitation? NOt that it matters at this point.

@ JSARGE I did not get an Invitation, just a phone call . The girl inviting me is Spanish and said in broken English that it was a bachelorette. @OG LOL , she wanted me to decorate the leashes with flowers and greenery and a flower wreath. Thanks for all the feedback

Thanks ! The Spanish girl organized the event and she booked a dance instructor. It was a very flower power type of wedding
Personally i would not choose to decorate the dogs or get dance classes .

How did you confuse a bach party and shower? Why are dogs being decorated? Dance classes? I think I'm missing something.

No, nobody did get a card yet. The dogs walked down the isle with the MH at the wedding. It was a weird but funny shower with a sexy type of dance class, because the Spanish girl organized it and thought that is what you do at a shower. Just wanted to answer, sorry for the bump.
