Do i need a bustle?

I am wearing my long formal dress for only group pictures and the ceremony, then I’m changing into a short white party dress for the reception. My dress fits like a glove without any alterations, but the only remaining question is: do you think I would use a bustle for any reason? Do people bustle their dress while walking during pictures or something? I have never worn a dress with a train before. My train is “short” (a sweep train ~6 inches touching the ground). Can’t I just hold that back while I walk around for pictures? The wedding will be outside on a concrete winery patio..
