DJ for destination wedding

Heather , on February 16, 2017 at 5:09 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

So I'm having a destination wedding in Mexico and I want to hire a dj from the states because I don't know if they listen to the same music I listen to here. Does anyone know how they factor in the costs of having to travel? Do I pay for their plane ticket, hotel, and fee?

You should be able to give them a playlist (or at least general artists/genres/etc.) and have them play it.

I think that that is a much better idea and brings costs down. So I guess I'll get to starting my music list lol. Thanks!

Doing a vow renewal in Cancun. I booked a local DJ and provided a playlist

Hire a local DJ. They will have all the music you want especially if you send them a playlist. The cost of transporting DJ gear internationally would be more than the cost of your whole wedding.
