I don't know if anyone is looking for inexpensive ways to do invites but my Michael's has Wedding Invitation kits on clearance right now and they are so nice! They range from $12 to $19 for a box of 30 invites, RSVP cards and an extra card you can fo what you want with plus the envelopes. You print them yourself and it gives you a website to use. For the most expensive one each set of invites only comes out to 0.66 cents!!

I used Michael's diy kit as well for my invites purchased during 50percent off sale, printed them on my home printer and folk thought we spent a fortune. I'm not much of a diy person but so glad we took that route. Tip: and this is from experience, if you have not printed them yet, the kit provides a couple sample papers to print on. Cut extra pieces to the same size as the sample papers for practice as this helps your printer adjust to the template and you won't have to waste actual invitations.
