diy Save The Dates Help

Nicole, on June 13, 2019 at 3:10 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 1 4
I found a custom design that I love that fits with my wedding style/theme/location and would love to print as a magnet. The design is about index card sized and should be vertical (think like a boarding pass or ticket). Where is the cheapest place to get these printed and still have good quality? Thoughts?

Also, I would need to self-address envelopes for them and I would really like to use a nice calligraphy template with the envelopes. This is one of the reasons why I am trying to see if it would be easier to just use Minted because they will address and even stamp the envelopes for little to no extra charge.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Smiley smile

Magnets will be more expensive than regular save the dates, and may be more in postage depending on the weight. If you are looking to save money, I'd send regular paper ones and order off Zazzle during a 50% off sale. If you have a printer, you can print addresses onto the envelopes!

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Nicole!

In previous discussions I've seen in the community on this topic, couples often order magnets from VistaPrint! Have you checked them out?

A super useful tip is to include a thick piece of paper in the envelope to avoid the magnet sticking to the inside of any metal post boxes Smiley smile

How many magnets do you need to get made?
