Dedicated August 2013

Where did you get your invitations from? Pictures please...

Idnew, on April 18, 2013 at 9:26 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 20

It's time for me to send out the invites. I've been browsing for months now, and now that the time has come, I'm drawing a blank.

I bought my design off of Etsy (lots to choose from!) and then printed them through Vista Print Smiley smile

I used vista print. There is actually a groupon right now 17$ for 70$ worth of invites/std/rsvp.

I purchased mine from Julie Hanan. She is an Etsy vendor but also has a website. This is a sample of my invite she shows on her site. The invite is totally customizable (paper, color, font, wording, etc.). I can't wait to get them in May.

I used Vistaprint too. I used a Living Social coupon $19 for $75. I was able to stay within my budget and get what I needed (invites, address labels, RSVPs and pre-printed RSVP envelopes). I was ready to spend over $300 for invites, etc. These WW ladies helped save my budgetSmiley smile)))))

NotFroofy designed ours, based on the artwork of our ketubah (formal Jewish marriage contract), with the consent of the ketubah artist (20th Century Illuminations). We then had them printed, and all the pieces cut, by Cards & Pockets. And we assembled them and glued them together ourselves.

Vistaprint, but I almost got mine from a site called exclusively weddings. They had some super cute ones.

    We shall see.

Can you post some pix of details from your wedding and maybe we can help you find the perfect invitation :-)

I got them from Creative Calligraphy in NJ, but they're a Carlson Craft invitation and can be bought on www.newandblue.com and other Carlson Craft retailers.

I made mine DIY with some simple cardstock and glue. The inserts will be printed sometime around the end of this year.

We did Zazzle and have been really happy so far.

This is our Save The Date done in white type with a black background. Our invites are similar but done on linen with a white background and black writing.

I got mine from Zazzle.com. They came in less than a week. I love them!

The color looks off on the picture....they are actually off-white with green leaves

our invitation suite was letterpress from ElumDesigns.com - they do absolutely incredibly stunning work.
