PSA: if you want to vent don't do it on the Internet

Did you mention them by name? They could have found it through a Google search. I know any "venting" threads I created I hid the next day (well after any interest was gone)

Wow, you should put that in your review because that's a horrible thing to do of your vendor and a reason people shouldn't book them!

I'd also write it on their Facebook wall (business wall, not personal wall).

Not cool. Very unprofessional. Why would they even mention it to you? Now they will definitely be getting a bad review and instead of fixing or helping the situation where they messed up, they have made it worse. Not very smart.

Allison, go to Planning Tools, and under Community, click on My Watchlist.

@Allison - you can view all your own threads by looking under Planning Tools. I usually click on "watchlist" that way I see all of mine and all the ones I am watching.

I went there to pick up something and I didn't expect them to have a print out of my thread. I didn't remember saying their name in the thread but I guess I did. I am not going to go into details, my luck they will see this one too lol

If a vendor made you have to vent about them, they were obviously doing something wrong. How disgusting of them to confront you about it. I hope you add this to your review on this company.

I think the internet is actually a great place to complain about a vendor because then it'll help others looking into the same vendor!

You are WAY nicer than I am, because I damn sure will not be disrespected by anybody...let alone someone I pay money to. I'm sorry you had to go through that.
