Let's Talk Lingerie for the day of!

I wasn't planning on wearing the actual lingerie under my dress... I'll have bra cups sewn in so no bra lol. I assumed I would change at the hotel, but maybe I'm wrong?

My dress is corset and has the cups already in but I have weird boobs too so ill be getting a push up/wired/lowback/long line bustier bra. David's bridal I know sells them as well. I haven't thought about looking at VS. before I get my dress on ill have a silky robe on that says bride on it

The salon that I bought my dress from had me wearing this little strapless boustier when I tried on dresses that was white and lacey! It was really cute and not too slutty.. plus super practical! I thought I would probably wear spanks during the day at the wedding and maybe switch into something lacey before heading to the hotel or as soon as we get to the hotel so that I am wearing them when I take my dress off with my new DH! I wish I could remember the brand name for you, but I will likely be ordering mine through the bridal salon..

Lol thats not too slutty My dress has enough layers and support, my little boobs dont need a bra and I am not a fan of the long bras- I found them uncomfortable when I wore one trying on dresses. I want a bra though for piece of mind and for added padding.

Hmm.. I'm not sure what to suggest then! I definitely need the support and I loved the feeling of the boustier, so this works perfect for me.. that's such a bummer that you can't find a cute strapless bra! :-/

I occasionally have goodluck with Target for bras. My boobs are weird too and I dont like just buying things online..My bras are never the exact same size, it really depends.

I would find a local specialty lingerie shop. You should have better luck there. If you have bigger girls you can try Cacique (sp?) a division of Lane Bryant that carries a wide range of lingerie.

My dress is a corset too no bra for me just come comfy panties probably a lacy thong. Ill wear fancy stuff for the honey moon

I bought a bra a few years ago that's just made of two silicone cups that stick to your skin. there is a hook in the front so you can pull the two cups together and get some cleavage. It is great for strapless or backless styles, and is more comfortable than the bustier/longline/corset-type bras that the bridal shops have you try with the dress. Mine came from Victoria's Secret (I tihink it was $50), and I saw yesterday that Macy's had them for $36-40.

I don't know how good it would be if you have a full figure, but for smaller-busted people it works well, and adds a little shape.

I don't have much upstairs, so I always wear a bra of some sort - I need somewhere to stuff the socks, ha, ha!

Future Mrs. B, I think that white corset only looks slutty because of the face the model is making Other than that it is quite attractive.

My longline bra is ivory/tan-ish, and not that attractive, honestly. I wish I'd thought of that before I bought it at Target. It fits well, it's comfy, and it was a good price, but it's too boring to be sexy. I'm looking for interesting underwear, at least.

Haha true that Emily! Her face makes it worse but it is cute. I went to Victorias Secret and they had one strapless bra for me to try on! One! Everything else they only carried in C-cups or bigger!? My poor little 36-Bs were sad. But the one I tried might work, if I go to an A size in it. I am the weird in between A-B cup size.

@Courtney, I have those silcone chicken cutlets lol FH HATES them. So those are out lol. And my dress is high enough not to be a problem so I dont need that necessarily. I guess I just want something cute and sexy that seems like special underwear but not crazy lingerie?

I think that white corset can be really pretty!!! Plus it's your WEDDING NIGHT ladies?! Time to fancy it up

Hey Jamie, I had the same concerns. I ended up getting this. I thought it was super cute and sexy without it being slutty. I wore it without the garters though.
