Dress troubles--27 days left!

Brenda, on July 22, 2012 at 6:54 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7

Last month my dress fit like a dream!!! But now, I put my dress on today and I ran into the most hideous problem again...I gained the weight I had lost back! So now, I have my back cleavage again :'(

I am so upset and distraught. I'm trying to figure out what exercises I should do that could help. The beautiful thing is that I tend to lose weight pretty quick, but only if I do the right ones to focus on an area.

Any suggestions? I feel like crying :'(

Low carb and lots of cardio. Stick with lean proteins, fruits and vegetables and away from anything made with white flour. I think diet is more important then ever right now. Cardio will reduce your overall fat. You can do it!!

You need to watch calories and cardio. There are no specific exercises for fat loss in an area. Our bodies don't work that way.

I agree with Fawn and Shannah - just lose the weight and the back cleavage will disappear!

Fawn is right on. And use an online tracker like Spark People. You can do it!

I have been doing the visalius shakes twice a day with two snacks in between and a healthy choice dinner.my snacks are usually almonds ,green apple or fresh fruit and yogurt..I have lost 12 lbs so far.the shakes are kinda pricey though..but any high quality protein shake would work..I think eating smaller amounts of healthy foods more often really revs up metabolism..also plenty of water..no soda!

Are you sure you're not just bloated or that your bubbies aren't swollen b/c it's that time of the month? My chest grows and shrinks almost a cup size throughout the month which makes things fit tighter all across my chest and back.

I would take Fawn's approach - drink lots of water and green tea; get your carbs and fiber from low glycemic fruits and veggies like leafy greens, berries, apples; eat lean proteins, skimp on salt/soda/alcohol/sugar and anything else that might make you retain water. And amp up the cardio. When I just walk on an incline for an hour I tend to get leaner than when I do intense workouts. But I'm sure everyone's body is different.

Everyone's body respond to diet and exercise. Im not sure what your routine is like but I would def cut down any carbs & fried food right now. Drink plenty of water. Im going to agree with Fawn, cardo is great for shedding pounds. That can be just a simple walk. This is not going to be easy and when you cut these things your going to notice how much you eat these things. Honestly, I know how you feel I have been struggling with shedding these pounds for a while. It can be a battle, and these things are easier said than done but nothing worth having is easy. If you have a support buddy or work out buddy that helps too. Just keep doing what your doing and it will all pay off. You can do it! Your going to lose it again and look stunning on your specail day. Congrats! ;-)
