Anyone else not happy with the changes made to wedding wire?

I wasnt happy because I put all my budget in the sections then when i went back it was all gone. Was so mad. But im not planning officially till next year so it wasn't a huge deal but it was a huge inconvenience

I don't necessarily mind the changes, in fact I prefer the new budget format over the old one, but I don't like that they removed the specific dates on the checklist. Things aren't in the order that I want them them because everything has been grouped into time frames. There should at least be an option to view by date.

I'm down to 53 days and now everything is changed and all the specific dates I had in for my To Do list are now all gone and now its's just "Before August 2018" with no place to put a date so they are no longer listed buy the date to do them by just mixed-up list. I am so very not happy and I have no way to delete account and go to a different one cause all my invitations have gone out and that is how we were tracking RSVP's. So now I'm stuck with the way it looks.

I agree about the To Do checklist and I as well had everything listed by the specific dates I wanted to have them done by and now its all mixed up.

I'm just glad I had already found a different program for seating chart cause the now seating chart is for crap. You can't change toe size like you could before to see the whole room at one time, You can't choose your table sizes either.

Wait, I can still set my to dos list by the date and mine is updated. Everything else is different but I can still do specific dates

There is no way to pick a specific dates anymore its only by how many months/weeks before now.

View Quoted Comment It's still organized by date on the app. I don't know if it's because it hasn't been updated yet but it may be worth checking yours if you haven't already.

And we now no longer have the option of tracking or not tracking RSVPs for each event, it's either all event or I have to delete the event. I wanted to track only for Reception and Bridal shower and not for ceremony but now I don't get a choice. Why are they taking all these choices away from the users?

I guess I'm glad that I never let my phone update on its own. You are right at least on the app it wont change until I update the app and I have no intention of doing so till after my wedding then I will delete my wedding wire account.

The support team keeps telling me I must have the budget details under another email or I didn’t save it or I have an outdated browser. None of the above!! They won’t admit their mistake. My wedding is only 3 months out with 90% of my costs paid. My fiancé and I are splitting everything 50/50 so this tool was helpful and now I have to start from scratch!

I hate it!!! As if I didn’t have enough stress planning lol. Now I have to decide where to plug my to do list dates so that I’m keeping on track. So frustrating. I also hate the fact that it deleted my seat chart that I arranged. I’m thinking about going with The Knot ugh.

Agreed, my checklist is all messed up now and Im so stressed out trying to remember what date things were supposed to be done. Super frustrating.

Go with www.Allseated.com for seating chart. Yes you have to create the room if your venue is not in their list but it's an awesome website for seating chart and planning where you want everything in the room.

If you have the App on your phone make sure it does not update the app. Look at the app to find your date if it didn't update.

The app told me I had to update it (just now) and it was the first thing I noticed! I’m so upset!!!! If they don’t fix this I’m going to delete this app and never look at WW again!

I'm definitely not a fan of this version. Not as easy to use or look at
