Wedding Wire update deleted all of my data

Anyone else have this problem? I’ve had my budget built for months and updated payments a few days ago. Today, after I received an email that they “upgraded” the planning tools with an update, my data is wiped clean minus 3 payments. Of course they keep telling me it’s all on my end, not theirs. Anyone else having a problem?

Any additional information you can provide will be incredibly helpful! Are you missing items you've marked as paid? Final costs? Estimated costs?

    Your support team has not been helpful, otherwise I wouldn’t be asking other users. If you read my post, ALL of my data less 3 transactions remain. I had an estimate of 30+ transactions. I had actual costs and payments for 90% of my transactions as my wedding is only 3 months out.

    Yes, not to mention the new checklist is horrible! Why would they change our exact dates to ranges?

    Yeah I hate the checklist too smh & I tried 3 times to post a pic on the app & it keeps sending me to the forum home page smh

    No clue. I wasn't using the checklist tool, but I see other brides in another thread that aren't happy with the changes either. Another bride lost all of their wedding budget data too. My fiance and I are paying for our entire wedding ourselves. That budget tool helped me track what I paid out of my pocket until I could get reimbursed for half of the costs as they incurred from my fiance. Now I have no clue where we are at and what is left to order for my date 3 months away. My mistake for relying on Wedding Wire to store my data. Starting from scratch now and putting it on paper. Now I get to dig back an entire year for receipts. Thanks Wedding Wire!!!
