Did you go tux shopping with your fiancé ?

I didn't. I don't even know 100% what he's wearing to the wedding

Yes, I went with my husband. He let me pick his tux because he said I was the one that had to look at him all day so I could pick it. I decided on a black tux with a white shirt and black tie and vest. Later on he decided it was too much black so he changed the vest and tie to silver which was totally fine since my dress had silver in it. I also picked what the groomsmen, bridesman, usher, ring bearer and my dad worn. My husband's father already owned a suit so that's what he worn. My dad didn't so he told me just to pick because he hates shopping or I would have let him decide.

Yes, we wanted to decide as a couple what the groom and groomsmen would wear to make sure it fit with the bridal party and theme of our wedding.

Yes! We went this past weekend and it was so fun! He designed his own suit and picked out ties and shirts to go with it. There was a Black Friday sale and we ended up with a ton of extra stuff! Also, I gave my opinion but I basically let him choose what he wanted. I think it allowed me to step back and let him be a part of the wedding planning. I wanted him to be comfortable in what he is wearing and be able to use it again.

We haven’t picked his outfit and the groomsmen outfits yet but we were buying a suit this weekend at JOS A Bank ( which also does tux rentals) and the salesmen and my fiancé both said I would be there when the guys picked everything out. I was actually going to leave it 100% up to him, but if he wants me there then I’ll be there. The wives don’t got to the fittings though, that’s just the guys. I’d let your fiancé make the call, it’s a job he can handle on his own but if he wants your opinion, I’d go and be supportive. I don’t think there’s a definite yes or no on this one

He went to mens wearhouse a week before the wedding and it turned out great 🤦‍♀️😆

I went with my FH and we chose together. He wanted a black tux and I asked that he wear an ivory shirt with mint tie. He chose the style of tux, vest, shoes and accessories. So it was a joint effort.

I went with him because I wanted to be sure they would match the bridesmaids dresses. Honestly he could have done it alone time and I told him I didnt mind not going with!

My FH thought that he could pick out the his suit and groomsmen suit without me bless him haha.. but we have spoken about the color scheme and the color he wants to wear which I agree to.. I would like to attend the first appointment as we are designing a custom suit for him and the groomsmen just to make sure he doesn’t miss out on any details

Yes I did. Only because if I didn’t..oh boy..the guys would look like the guys from Dumb and Dumber. I live my FH, but no fashion sense!

Yes, because he wanted me to but he picked out his own stuff. It was fun.

Yes I did! He wouldn't have known what to get and he would have second guessed everything because he would have wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. I did ask him what his thoughts were about what I was thinking for the men first. He also isn't great with colors and we decided to put him in a plum vest and tie and everyone else in a lavender vest and tie. I knew he would have an issue picking the colors of purple that I wanted and that matched the bridesmaids dresses. We went through men's wearhouse and so since they don't have any full tuxes to try on there, I will still be surprised when I see him on the wedding day. I only saw him in the jacket, but not the vest, tie or pants. You don't get the full effect, so if you are asking because you are concerned about seeing him in the full tux that he will wear for the wedding then you don't have to worry about that!

Yes! He is getting a custom made suit. It was the most fun I've had wedding planning since shopping for my dress. We had a blast and FH will have a suit he'll be able to wear forever!

I did. He got a custom suit but I was there to watch him get measured and to make the choices.
