Has anyone had a destination or is anyone currently planning one? We were considering it in the next year or so. Where did you go to do it? Any advice?

Before we found our perfect venue that was closer to home, we were looking into getting married on Mackinac Island. We are from MI, so it wasn’t truly a “destination” wedding, but it still kinda was? They have hotels that accommodate any budget & the whole feel of the island is so charming.

We are having a DW in November. My best advice is to try to find all-inclusive vendors... it saves sooooo much time & work!

We are doing our DW in cancun in August 2020!! Best advise is so your research of what type you want.. resort vs a private location.. We are doing resort and is all inclusive so best way to go!! Any specific questions ask away!!!
